Refund policy

At Idle Home, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within the 30-day window from the delivery date.

Partial Refund Policy

All approved refunds will be issued for 50% of the original product price. The remaining 50% is non-refundable. This covers costs associated with order processing, handling, quality inspection, and original shipping. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Request a Return

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day window.
  • Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards or downloadable products.
  • Items that arrive damaged due to improper return packaging by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
